Privacy Statement
The Brazilian Touch Gallery's site does not store or capture personal
information but merely logs the user's IP address which is automatically
recognised by the Web server.
We use IP addresses contained in the web server's log
files to analyse trends, administer the site, track user
movements through the site as an aid to future development,
and gather broad demographic information to provide statistics
used in fulfilling government performance indicators for
cultural non-departmental government bodies.
News Listserver Subscriptions.
We hold lists of email addresses for visitors who subscribe
to the 'Brazilian Touch Gallery News' online.
The 'Brazilian Touchl Gallery News' list of email
addresses is used solely to send out email updates to
subscribers. This list is not used for any other purpose
than that described, nor is it shared with any company
or institution other than the Brzailian Touch
Gallery.
Forms
We hold lists of emails generated from the feedback, Picture
Library and funding forms on the National Gallery website.
The contact details including name, address, email, telephone
and fax, are used solely to respond to the individual
requests from the senders. None of the contact information
is shared with any company or institution other than
the National Gallery and National Gallery Company Picture
Libary.
We do not use cookies for collecting user information from
the site and we will not collect any information about
you except that required for system administration of the
Web server.
This privacy policy only covers the Brzilian Touch
Gallery's Website at http://www.braziliantouch.net
other links within this site to other websites are not
covered by this policy.

Notification of Changes: If we need to change our privacy
policy, we will post those changes in this document so
that users are always aware of which information we collect,
how we use it and under which circumstances, if any,
we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally
identifiable information in a manner different from that
stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users
by email. Users will have a chance to inform us not to
use their information in a different manner. We will
use information in accordance with the privacy policy
in place when the information was collected.
